Does the mother have a share in the blood money (diyyah) of her deceased son, which the court has ruled to be handed over to his heirs, knowing that she was the cause of the accident, and the case is considered involuntary manslaughter?

If it is established that a woman is legally obligated to pay the blood money (Diyah) for causing the death of her child, then she does not inherit from that blood money, according to the majority of scholars. This is the view held by the four Madhhabs, as any killer does not inherit.
