Does the Almighty’s saying: (Houris confined in pavilions) indicate the preference for women in this world not to go out frequently?

Allah Almighty described the women of Paradise as those who restrain their glances from anyone other than their husbands, and as being confined within pavilions. This is a subtle indication encouraging believing women to stay in their homes and to restrict their gaze to their husbands. This is because a woman is 'awrah (private/vulnerable), and if she goes out, Satan tempts her, and this prevents the occurrence of fitnah (temptation/strife).
