Does the noble verse: "Houris cloistered in pavilions" indicate the superiority of women not frequently leaving their homes in this world?

Some scholars have stated that the description of the Houris as "qasirat al-tarf" (restraining their glances) means that they do not look at anyone other than their husbands. And "maqsurat fil-khiyam" (restrained in pavilions) means that they do not emerge from them, likening them to the chaste, free women of this world.
