Did Allah Almighty, in His saying in Surat Al-Ahqaf: "and reached forty years," specify men to the exclusion of women?

The exegetes differed regarding the reason for the revelation of Surah Al-Ahqaf, verse 15. Some said it was revealed concerning Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, may Allah be pleased with him, while others said it was about Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas. The verse is general, encompassing both men and women, because the word "man" (إنسان) is general, and because it speaks about showing kindness to parents, which includes everyone. One who reaches the age of forty is guided to renew repentance and turn back to Allah, the Almighty.
