Is it true that whoever performs Umrah in Ramadan and remains in Mecca until the Hajj will be protected by Allah from poverty?

There is no hadith with this exact wording, but there is what indicates that performing Hajj and Umrah consecutively repels poverty and sins, as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Perform Hajj and Umrah consecutively, for they repel poverty and sins just as a blacksmith’s bellows removes the dross from iron, gold, and silver. And there is no reward for an accepted Hajj except Paradise." The meaning of "consecutive" is to perform each immediately after the other without interruption, or to follow one with the other, even if a period of time intervenes, provided that due importance is given to both.
