What is the ruling on someone who finds it difficult to purify himself, and is not convinced that what he is doing is obsessive-compulsive disorder, and the following matters are problematic for him: 1- When performing istinja (washing after relieving oneself), he pours water and rubs the lower part of his body because he cannot determine the location of the madhy (prostatic fluid), then he pours water alone, believing that his hand has become impure and might touch his body, and the water does not reach it? 2- When washing pubic hair after shaving for some time, he believes that water does not reach the hair naturally, so he passes water over each hair and washes it from the front and back, because the hair grows straight to a length of 2 cm. Is this action correct? 3- What is the ruling on someone who frequently encounters a small amount of impurity over time because the person and his clothes become wet with a small amount of impurity when he goes out, and he sits on a chair, or he sweats and sits on it? Is it permissible for him to consider the small amount pure, so that it does not accumulate, or is it excused due to the difficulty of guarding against it?

What you are suffering from is waswasah (whisperings/obsessive thoughts), and its cure is to ignore it and pay no attention to it. What is obligatory regarding madhy (pre-ejaculatory fluid) is to wash the area that you are certain has been afflicted by it. It is not obligatory to wash what one doubts the madhy has reached. As for the small amount of impurity that is excused, its criterion is explained in another fatwa. If you doubt whether it is a small or large amount, the default is that it is not large.
