Is it obligatory to abandon a female relative who expelled the questioner, cursed her, and insulted her, especially in Ramadan and during Eid, considering the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) advice: "Reconnect with whoever severs ties with you, forgive whoever wrongs you, and give to whoever withholds from you"?

The Quranic verses and Prophetic traditions call for responding to evil with good and forgiveness. The Quran enjoins repelling evil with good and forgiveness, and the noble Hadith illustrates the virtue of one who maintains kinship ties even with those who sever them. It encourages upholding ties of kinship and avoiding estrangement, while striving to remove the causes of animosity and hatred, especially during blessed seasons. And whoever fulfills their duty towards their relatives and they do not respond, let them seek their reward from Allah, for the one who maintains ties is not he who reciprocates good with good, but he who connects with those who cut him off.
