What is your advice to Muslims residing in a non-Islamic country, specifically to those in charge of a newly established political party, with the aim of guiding them regarding their duties towards the state and its citizens, and defining the boundaries that should not be transgressed to avoid harming them or losing their few rights?

We advise Muslims in Finland on several matters: Firstly, to return to their Islamic countries if possible. Secondly, for those who cannot, they should fear Allah for themselves and their families. Thirdly, to establish Quranic and scientific circles to educate the ignorant and raise the youth. Fourthly, to be keen on inviting scholars to teach and guide them. Fifthly, not to differentiate between Muslims and to avoid discord. Sixthly, any party striving to establish an Islamic state should think realistically and seek to achieve benefits for Muslims instead of impossible goals. Seventhly, to preserve their Islamic identity and present a pure image of Islam. Eighthly, for native Muslims to continue inviting their families. Ninthly, to strive to purchase land for Muslim cemeteries. Tenthly, to spread an Islamic atmosphere in social life and facilitate marriages between Muslim men and women. Eleventh, to be gentle in دعوت (invitation to Islam) and reach all segments of society. Twelfth, to maintain constant communication with Muslims in Europe and Islamic countries for consultation and seeking fatwas.
