Is it permissible for a Muslim girl who has no guardian, and cannot find any Muslims to accompany her, to bring a non-Muslim person to be with her during her meeting with a young man who wishes to marry her?

Marriage without a guardian is impermissible, and estrangement from the father does not nullify his guardianship. Furthermore, shunning one's father is forbidden. The advice is to communicate with him and apologize to him, then inform him about the suitor so that he may perform the marriage contract himself or delegate someone else. It is not permissible to bypass the father and delegate someone else. As for seeing and meeting the suitor, it is not permissible to go to him alone or with a non-Muslim. Rather, this must be arranged by the father and in his presence, or by someone he delegates, or accompanied by trustworthy Muslims such as the imam of the mosque, and communication and meetings should occur through them. It is a condition for the suitor that he be a chaste Muslim.
