If all family members die and they have no heir other than the daughter, she inherits all the money. She gets half by a prescribed share (fard), and the remainder by رد (return). However, if she is from the ذوي الأرحام (relatives by blood through females) and there is no other heir, she takes the entire inheritance. After her death, her son inherits all her money completely if there is no other heir for her.
