Is vowing to fast ten consecutive years included in the hadith "He who fasts for eternity has not fasted," or is it obligatory to fulfill it?

If the condition of the vow to fast for ten years is fulfilled, it is obligatory to fulfill it, while observing several matters: Ramadan fasting must be observed with its specific intention and cannot be combined with the intention of the vow. It is obligatory to break the fast on days when fasting is prohibited, such as the two Eids, the days of Tashreeq, and during menstruation and postpartum bleeding (nifas). If the vow is specified for a certain period, there is no need to make up for days broken due to an excuse or days fasted during Ramadan. However, if the vow is absolute and not specified by time, it is obligatory to make up for days broken due to an excuse, as well as days fasted with the intention of Ramadan. And if you break your fast for a day during the ten years without an excuse, you must resume fasting.
