What is the ruling on drawing animate beings out of educational necessity in biology?

It is authentically established in Sahih al-Bukhari that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the image-makers (musawwirun), and mentioned that the most severely punished people on the Day of Judgment will be the image-makers. The prohibition of drawing living beings has been previously established. If there is a necessity to draw an animal for clarification, it must be drawn headless, based on the hadith: "The image is the head."
