Is obedience obligatory to a father who commands one to revolt against the ruler, destroy property, and attack security forces, given the fear of the father discovering his son's adherence to the Sunni creed? And what is the ruling on the son fasting until Isha' in compliance with his family?

If you are unable to manifest the religion and uphold the Sunnah in your country, then it is obligatory upon you to emigrate to a country where you can do so. If you are unable to emigrate, then fear Allah as much as you can. It is not permissible to obey your father in disobedience to Allah. Therefore, it is not permissible for you to destroy or damage the property of Muslims. If you do so, you will be sinful and liable for what you have destroyed. If you are coerced into causing damage by a legitimate coercion, such that you fear for yourself or one of your limbs, then it is permissible for you to proceed with the destruction to the extent necessary to repel the coercion. It is not permissible to attack security personnel even if you are coerced to do so, for it is never permissible to kill a Muslim or violate their sanctity, and coercion is not an excuse for that. As for breaking the fast at dinner, it is easy, as you can break the fast discreetly or intend to break it at sunset.
