It is not obligatory to get water inside the eyes during Wudu' (ablution) or (ritual bath) due to the harm it may cause, and there is no evidence in Islamic law that indicates its necessity, as stated by Imam Al-Shafi'i and Ibn Qudamah.
Regarding contact lenses, it is not necessary to remove them for Wudu' or Ghusl, and they do not affect ritual purity, because the inside of the eye is not obligatory to wash.
As for wearing lenses, medical lenses for vision correction are permissible. Decorative lenses are not recommended for men unless they are used to correct a defect. For women, they are permissible, provided they do not resemble the eyes of animals or disbelievers.
