Is it permissible to give money earned from the interest of usurious banks to the needy, with the intention of getting rid of this money?

It is obligatory to dispose of usurious money immediately. It is not permissible to delay its removal by installments unless you have no money to meet your essential needs. In that case, you should give out a portion each month and use the rest to fulfill your basic needs until all the usurious money is disbursed, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "So fear Allah as much as you are able."
