What is the ruling on one who is coerced into doing something he disapproves of, and is coercion in speech to be analogized to coercion in action, such such as being coerced into violating the honor of a Muslim woman?

Scholars have divided actual duress (al-ikrah al-fi'li) into two types: The first is that which involves the right of a created being, such as duress to commit murder or adultery with a married woman. In this case, the sin is not lifted from the coerced person. The second type is that which is solely a right of Allah and does not involve the rights of His servants; in this case, duress is taken into consideration. Scholars have differed regarding duress to commit adultery: some are of the opinion that the prescribed punishment (hadd) should be carried out, while others believe it should not.
