What is the ruling on the prayer of someone who suffers from an anal fistula from which pus sometimes emerges, and must he repeat the prayer? And what is the ruling on hearing the movement of gases inside the abdomen and below the anus without their exiting, and should he withdraw from the prayer or repeat it?

If pus is found after concluding the prayer and it is likely that it exited afterwards, then the prayer is valid and does not require repetition; because an impurity is attributed to the nearest time it could have occurred.

However, if it is known that the pus exited during the prayer, then the prayer is invalid and one must repeat ablution and the prayer, unless the discharge of pus has reached the level of continuous discharge (sals), in which case the prayer is valid and does not require repetition.

Hearing the sound of gases in the abdomen without their exiting does not invalidate ablution, nor does anything result from it.
