The answer

The wife must obey her husband in matters of enjoyment unless there is a valid excuse. For example, if the husband has an offensive odor due to excessive uncleanliness, the wife is not considered disobedient (nashiz) if she refuses to allow her husband intimacy due to his disheveled appearance and excessive uncleanliness. The husband must remove anything that causes a person to suffer an unbearable annoyance. As for the husband's shortcomings in some matters, such as neglecting foreplay before intercourse, this does not justify the wife's refusal to her husband.
