Is it permissible in Islamic law for a wife to suck or lick her husband's penis and to kiss it during intercourse, and is ghusl (ritual bathing) obligatory upon the husband if he wishes to derive pleasure from his wife's anus without penetration?

If a man inserts (his penis) into his wife's anus, he must perform ghusl (ritual bath) and repent. If he ejaculates, he must perform ghusl. However, if he does not insert, then ghusl is not required of him, but this act approaches what is forbidden.
