Is my circumambulation valid and does it affect my Hajj, and what must I do now, after I felt something exit my front and back passages during my circumambulation of the Kaaba to perform the Farewell Tawaf, and I could not ascertain whether it was urine or merely bubbles, and I completed the circumambulation without redoing my ablution?

If your feeling of something exiting is merely a whisper (waswasah) or a doubt, then do not pay attention to it. However, if you are certain that something exited from your private parts, then your ablution (wudu') has been invalidated.

And your circumambulation (tawaf) is not valid according to the majority of scholars, because purity (tahara) is a condition for the validity of tawaf. There are two other opinions: 1. That purity is only a Sunnah, and the tawaf of one who is impure is valid. This is the choice of Ibn Taymiyyah and Al-Uthaymeen. 2. That purity is obligatory, and its omission is compensated by a sacrificial animal (dam).

If you adopt the last opinion, then you must slaughter a sheep in Makkah and distribute its meat to the poor.

And according to the opinion of the majority (that purity is a condition), you must go to Makkah to repeat the Ifadah circumambulation and the Sa'i after it, if you have not yet performed Sa'i or if you were performing Tamattu' Hajj. And your husband is not permitted to approach you until you complete the second release from ihram (tahallul al-thani).
