Is it permissible for a woman to enter her home in the absence of her husband while her husband's paternal uncle and his wife are present?

The basic principle is the sanctity of entering a person's home without their permission. Therefore, it is not permissible for a wife to allow anyone to enter her husband's home if she knows he dislikes it, unless she is certain or it is highly probable that he approves. This applies to a stranger, a woman, and even the wife's mahrams, because the fundamental rule is the prohibition of entering a person's home until permission is granted by them. If there is doubt about consent, then it is not permissible to enter or to grant permission. It must also be noted that the husband's paternal uncle (amm) is a stranger to his brother's wife, and she must wear the hijab in his presence.
