What are the harms and disadvantages of artificial insemination and embryo transfer procedures in cows, and are they forbidden by Islamic law?

If it is medically proven that in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer procedures in cows are harmful to the animal, its offspring, or humans, then they are forbidden, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There shall be no harm or reciprocating harm."
