What is the ruling on defending a broker who coordinates between doctors and sellers of human organs with their consent?

1 min readAlso available in العربية

It is not permissible to sell human organs. Whoever sells a free person or a part thereof consumes its price. And whoever undertakes the sale of organs is not entitled to a fee. He must repent and give in charity what he has taken. Likewise, it is not permissible for a doctor to pay a fee to a broker. It is not permissible to seek to obtain this fee, because it is cooperation in sin and aggression.
