Have scholars unanimously agreed that the daughter of zina is not a mahram to the fornicator, even according to the view of Ibn Taymiyyah and those who said that the child of zina is attributed to the fornicator?

Scholars have differed regarding the negation of mahramiyyah (prohibition of marriage due to kinship) for a daughter born of zina (fornication/adultery). However, the majority of them hold that mahramiyyah is not established because her lineage is not proven to the zani (fornicator/adulterer). Consequently, mahramiyyah is not established, even though the prohibition of marriage remains. Some scholars are of the view that mahramiyyah is established if the daughter is affiliated with the zani, provided the woman was not firash (a lawful wife whose child is attributed to her husband) and no one disputes her lineage, because the establishment of lineage is a cause for mahramiyyah.
