Is it a sin to ask one's sister to lower the loud volume of the Quran recitation for the purpose of praying or reciting the Quran?

There is no blame upon you for asking your sister to lower her voice if you need her to. And your sister should not raise her voice if she is listening to the Quran in a way that annoys those around her.
