Is it permissible for a woman to raise her voice when reciting the Qur'an if she enjoys reciting?

It is permissible for a woman to recite the Quran aloud unless a non-mahram man can hear her. If so, she should not raise her voice while reciting the Quran, because her recitation beautifies and softens her voice. She has been forbidden from speaking in a submissive manner, as Allah says: (Then do not be soft in speech [to men], lest he in whose heart is disease should covet).
