Will the husband who had anal intercourse with his wife then repented be held accountable, and should he inform his other wife about his action after marrying her?

Anal intercourse with one's wife is Islamically forbidden. It is hoped that Allah will forgive a repentant Muslim and not hold him accountable. Allah the Almighty said: "But whoever repents after his wrongdoing and makes amends, Allah will surely accept his repentance. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." And He said: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins.'" The repentant person must conceal himself and not inform anyone of what he has done. However, approaching one's wife in her vagina from behind is Islamically permissible.
