The answer

If the urine stops for a sufficient time to purify oneself and perform the prayer before its time expires, then one must wait, purify oneself, and pray. If it does not stop, then it is necessary to perform istinja (washing the private parts), thoroughly wash the area, place a bandage, and then perform wudu (ablution) for each prayer after its time has begun. What exits thereafter does not matter. One must complete the four-unit prayer in full, and make up any prayers that were only performed as two units, estimating their number if unknown.
