You are not obliged to leave your place and move to her; rather, she is obliged to move to you. If her travel and residence are with your consent, then her maintenance is incumbent upon you. Otherwise, she is disobedient (nashiz) and has no right to maintenance if you request her to reside with you and she refuses. As for the children, their maintenance is incumbent upon you. We advise you to try to reconcile and persuade her to move to you. If that is not possible, then separation is more appropriate due to the sin and loss of rights that would result.
