Is the wife's remaining with her children far from her husband in another country considered an injustice to her and her children, especially if the reason for the distance is to provide money for the husband's mother, who is well-off and has plenty?

It is recommended to be patient, remember Allah, and make supplication, for the couple's coming together is good for the family, it protects each of them from sin, and the children feel secure. If the wife desires to reside with her husband, he has that right, and his mother may not object without a legitimate Shari'ah reason. If his mother and sister are in need of him, he must not wrong his wife; rather, he should give every rightful person their due, and at the very least, he should not be absent from his wife for more than six months without her consent. It is recommended to reach an understanding with the husband and urge him to convince his mother.
