Is it permissible to leave deep crevices and suffice with passing the hand while pouring water without excessive rubbing, and performing istinja' and leaving quickly, adopting the Maliki view regarding temporary سلس (urinary incontinence), in order to avoid prolonged stay in the bathroom?

It is sufficient to convey water to the cracks that are in some people's feet according to the majority of scholars who say that rubbing is not obligatory. However, according to the Malikis, rubbing is obligatory along with conveying water to those cracks without exaggeration. One should not stay inside the bathroom unnecessarily after sufficient istinja'.
