Is it permissible for administrators of women's forums to allow sections for discussing matters of marriage and marital relations, as well as sections for emotional outpouring and sharing personal experiences, given the possibility of men entering or sensitive topics like intimacy being discussed? And would the administration be absolved of responsibility by deleting these sections? And is emotional outpouring and complaining about others in these forums considered backbiting and slander?

It is not permissible for a woman to disclose the secrets of her marital life or to publicize what transpires between her and her husband in bed. The Sunnah explicitly prohibits this. The person who authored the post is sinful for writing such content, and the administration must prevent such behavior and cite the relevant hadiths. Furthermore, it is not permissible for a woman to mention the faults of her husband or anyone else, as this is a form of forbidden backbiting, unless necessity calls for it with the intention of seeking advice, and one must only mention what is necessary to achieve the objective. It is considered backbiting if the person mentioned is known to the listener, but if the person is unknown, some scholars do not consider it backbiting.
