What is the solution for obtaining money for marriage and for protecting oneself in a country where there are no lawful or accessible bank loans?

The solution to the problem lies in fearing Allah and staying away from usury and unlawful acts, and in seeking lawful ways to marry. Marriage is not difficult for one who desires chastity, not ostentation. Extravagance in marriage ceremonies is not a real necessity that permits usurious borrowing. And whoever is unable to marry should fast, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, guided.
