What is the ruling on saying and writing: (Allah .. The Homeland .. Public Service)? And does the ruling change if the word "then" is added to become: (Allah .. then The Homeland .. then Public Service)?

The slogan "God.. Homeland.." if the conjunction "then" (ثُمَّ) is added to it, remains ambiguous and general, requiring elaboration due to the absence of its predicate. If the intention is love or loyalty, then it neglects the Prophet (peace be upon him) and God's religion and law.

Sheikh Ibn Baz (may Allah have mercy on him) clarified that what is obligatory is loyalty to Allah and His Messenger, meaning showing allegiance and enmity for the sake of Allah. As for the homeland, it is loved if it is Islamic, and good deeds within it should be encouraged, and efforts should be made for its stability, but loyalty to Allah comes first.
