Will children, fathers, mothers, and wives meet in Paradise with the same emotions, or will their emotions change?

Yes, children, fathers, mothers, and wives will meet in Paradise by the grace of Allah. This is mentioned in the Holy Quran in the verse: "And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith – We will join their descendants with them" [At-Tur: 21], and His saying: "Gardens of perpetual residence; they will enter them with whoever were righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their descendants" [Ar-Ra'd: 23].

As for their affections in Paradise, they will change for the better and become more perfect. There will be no malice, envy, hatred, or dislike. Rather, it is the abode of perfection and enjoyment, as stated in His saying: "And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other" [Al-Hijr: 47].
