Will parents meet their children in Paradise? Will the earthly feelings of love and longing persist in the Hereafter? Will a father have children in the Hereafter other than his children from this world?

The joining of offspring with their parents in Paradise is established by Allah's saying: "And those who believed and whose offspring followed them in faith – We will join with them their offspring." As for the begetting of children in the Hereafter, this is a matter of scholarly disagreement concerning the possibility of a man's desire for children in Paradise.
