The answer

The bliss of the people of Paradise is complete, and whatever they desire, they attain. The issue of childbirth in Paradise is a matter of scholarly disagreement, but the more preponderant view — as mentioned by Ibn al-Qayyim — is that if a man desires a child in Paradise, then its conception, birth, and maturity will occur in a single hour, just as he wishes. This will not happen through the usual means of pregnancy, menstruation, and childbirth found in this world. So, a child will not be born from the sexual intimacy of the people of Paradise; rather, if one of them loves to have a child and desires to have one, then it will come into existence as he wishes by the will of Allah the Almighty.
