How can one deal with friends who do not pray and follow their desires, after having repented and become righteous, especially after repeatedly advising them and their refusal to respond, and what is the best way to deal with them that pleases Allah?

You must not tire of advising them with wisdom and good counsel, and frightening them with death, standing before God, and hellfire. Encourage them to do good deeds by mentioning their rewards. Seek help from some da'wah clips, short pamphlets, and righteous people to address them. If they respond, then praise be to God. If they persist after you have exerted effort, then seek a different residence with righteous people.
