How can a Muslim who apostatized due to torture, and wishes to live as a free Muslim without fear, find work that helps him achieve that?

The Muslim must be patient in the face of trials and tribulations, recalling the stories of the prophets and companions who were tested and endured. He should know that trials are a divine سنتين (Sunnah (definition) - established practice/law) to distinguish the truthful, that Allah expiates sins through trials, and that relief comes with distress. It is advised to emigrate from a place where one cannot freely practice their religion. If parents command idolatry (shirk (definition)), one is not obligated to obey them in that. A Muslim is permitted to utter a word of disbelief if coerced and their heart is content with faith, but patience and steadfastness in religion are preferable.
