Who will be the guardian for marriage of an abandoned girl in the future: her foster father (the aunt’s husband), or her foster father through rada’a (the questioner’s husband or the husband of the aunt’s sister-in-law), or the judge? And in the event of multiple foster fathers through rada’a, which one would be the guardian?

The most deserving of the guardians to give a woman in marriage is her father, then her paternal grandfather, then her son, then her full brother, then her half-brother (from the father's side), then their sons, then her paternal uncle, then his son, then the ruler, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "The ruler is the guardian of the one who has no guardian." The guardianship of marriage is only established for the 'Asabah (agnate relatives).

If the woman has no guardian from her family or a legitimate judge, then the most deserving of her guardianship is the one who sponsors and raises her.
