What should a Muslim woman do if her husband drinks alcohol and refuses to stop, and she fears Allah's punishment because of his actions, but at the same time wishes to preserve her marriage?

The husband must repent from drinking alcohol, as it is forbidden by the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the consensus of Muslims. It is considered a matter known to be part of the religion by necessity, and a severe warning is associated with it. As for the wife, she bears no sin for her husband drinking alcohol, and her cohabitation with him is not forbidden. She should continue to advise him and pray for him. It is permissible to abandon him in bed if that is a means for him to quit alcohol, otherwise not.
