It is permissible to act as an intermediary for visas for a fee, provided it is free from Sharia prohibitions, such as stipulating a penalty for late payment or excessive fees beyond the actual cost. It is not permissible to use a friend's account without their knowledge to invite other people and take a commission, as this constitutes an infringement on their right. Allah Almighty said: (O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly but only [in lawful] trade by mutual consent), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (The wealth of a person is not lawful except with his good consent), and (Every Muslim's blood, wealth, and honor are sacred to another Muslim). Therefore, it is not permissible to dispose of another's property or right without permission.
