What is the ruling that Sheikh Abu Bakr Al-Jaza'iri holds regarding the issue of women visiting graves in his book "Manahij Al-Muslim," page: 219?

Scholars have agreed on prohibiting women from frequently visiting graves, due to the reported curse upon frequent female grave visitors. They differed regarding infrequent visits: some scholars disliked them, while others permitted them, citing the action of Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, and the fact that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, initially forbade grave visits and then enjoined them. Those who permit it stipulate the absence of any reprehensible acts such as weeping, wailing, ostentatious display, or seeking help from the dead.
