How should a man deal with his wife regarding listening to her advice and suggestions, taking into account that women may advise more with their hearts than with their minds?

Islam has mandated kindness towards one's wife, and has made consulting her and accepting her advice part of perfect companionship, especially if she is wise and rational. The importance of consulting her and accepting her opinion varies depending on the topic, the couple's situation, and the extent to which emotion influences her opinion. If the husband does not agree with her opinion, he should respond gently and not belittle her view, but rather explain to her the correct perspective. The stories of the prophets and righteous predecessors have shown the importance of consulting a wise woman, such as Umm Salama's consultation with the Prophet, peace be upon him, regarding the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah; Asiya's consultation with Pharaoh concerning Moses, peace be upon him; and the consultation of one of Shu'ayb's daughters, peace be upon him, with her father.
