Do physicians' actions of limiting referrals to centers from which they profit, and their cessation of referring cases to me, while an alternative option exists for the patient, constitute a sin?

Fulfilling the trust in the medical profession requires a doctor to advise their patient on what is most suitable for them in terms of efficiency and cost. Doctors limiting referrals to their private centers to gain profit, while an equivalent and less expensive center exists, is considered forbidden deception of the patient, as Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due" and "O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]," and as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives is not from me."
