What is the ruling on doctors who drain patients' money in private hospitals, incited by the owner in exchange for commissions, and is this considered sincerity in work?

It is not permissible to obey anyone in disobeying Allah, such as harming Muslims or unlawfully consuming their property, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no obedience in disobedience to Allah; obedience is only in what is right," and he also said: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent." And whoever obeys another in doing what Allah has forbidden is sinful. This is not sincerity in work, but rather deception, for he, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives is not of us." And among giving sincere advice is preventing the oppressor from his oppression. He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Help your brother, be he an oppressor or oppressed." It was asked: "How shall I help him if he is an oppressor?" He replied: "You prevent him from oppressing." It is not permissible to cooperate in sin and aggression. If the doctor's work requires that, then he must leave it and seek a permissible job. And whoever leaves something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better.
