What is the ruling regarding past and present prayers for a person who suffers from incomplete evacuation of the rectum, which leads to the expulsion of stool after ablution and prayer, along with repeated ablution and prayer, difficulty in ensuring purity outside the home, sometimes delaying prayer, and incomplete emptying of the bladder?

The ruling of سلس (incontinence) does not apply to you unless you are certain that something has exited. You are not required to inspect yourself or perform ablution merely due to doubt, as certainty is not dispelled by doubt. If you are certain that your ablution has been nullified, then repeat the prayer. If you discover an impurity that was present before the prayer, you are not obligated to repeat the prayer, according to the more preponderant opinion. If your clothing becomes impure and you are unable to purify or change it, then pray in your current state. As for delaying congregational prayer due to doubt about something exiting, this is blameworthy. However, if it is due to pain that compromises devotion (khushūʿ), then prayer in such a state is disliked until devotion becomes possible. Nevertheless, if time is limited, then pray in your current state.
