Is the prayer of one who suffers from continuous urinary incontinence and post-urination dribbling accepted, and what is the ruling on prayer if ablution is invalidated outside the home and it is impossible to fully renew it before prayer?

A change in the urinary outlet has no effect unless you lose control over the excretion of urine for a time sufficient for prayer. If that is your situation, then you are afflicted with سلس (urinary incontinence), and you are obligated to purify yourself, take precautions, and perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun. However, if you find a time when urine does not exit, then you must pray with valid purification during that time. And if you doubt whether something has exited or whether it is urine, do not pay attention to the doubt unless it exits from the urinary outlet, in which case you must perform istinja' (washing the private parts) and ablution. Prayer without purification is impermissible and a great sin for one who knows the religious ruling, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, when you rise to [perform] prayer, wash your faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Allah does not accept the prayer of any one of you if he passes wind until he performs ablution." It is permissible to delay prayer to return home if its time has not expired. Otherwise, it is obligatory to pray at its appointed time with purification wherever you are, and wet clothes are not an excuse for abandoning ablution.
