Thirdly: It is not permissible to pray while urine drops are still exiting if there is sufficient time for purification. Therefore, one must wait until they can pray with proper purification. Praying with certain purification takes precedence over praying in congregation.

Fourthly: This person's ablution is nullified by the discharge of urine because they are not afflicted with urinary incontinence. They must wash the impurity from their clothes before prayer. They can take precautions after urinating to prevent the spread of impurity.
