He who is certain that something has exited him, not merely a whisper, and whose impurity is not controllable, is in the ruling of one with urinary incontinence. He performs ablution after the time for prayer begins and prays with this ablution as many obligatory and supererogatory prayers as he wishes until that time expires, as long as he does not know a specific time when the impurity ceases. It is disliked for him to pray while restraining urine or stool. If he knows that the urination stops at a specific time, the description of incontinence is removed from him, and he waits until this known time comes to perform ablution and pray. He is not obligated to get up at night to urinate, nor is it forbidden for him to have intercourse with his wife.
